Returns and Exchanges
Place the items you wish to return in the box and bags you received them in. Go to pavocouture.returnista.com and enter your order details. Take the package to the nearest collection point or have it picked up, and voilà! Want to exchange? We’ll send you the right size for free!
Please return the product in its original packaging, including labels. (It is possible to return only part of your order.) Returns are only permitted if the product has not been visibly worn.
Please note: Nipple covers, stockings, gift cards and gift packs cannot be returned or refunded, and we do not reimburse shipping costs.
If the returned product is damaged, used, incomplete or not in its original packaging, we are not obliged to accept the products.

Once our distribution center has received your return, you will receive an email notification from the carrier. It usually takes 7-10 business days after receipt for us to fully process your return. If it takes longer than 14 days, please contact us.
You can easily exchange your item for a different size via our returns portal. We will send you the correct size free of charge.

For the Netherlands and Belgium: next day delivery for orders placed on working days before 10:00 PM.
Deliveries within the EU usually take 4-9 days.
Deliveries abroad can take 7-16 days.
Delivery details will be included in your confirmation email.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges apply and will be added at checkout.
If your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it in your mailbox, don't worry. Follow these steps:
- Please allow 48 hours after delivery confirmation as packages sometimes arrive shortly afterward.
- Contact your local postal service and speak to the postman directly; they may remember where they left your parcel.
- Check with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received your package.
If you have completed these steps and you still cannot locate your package, please contact us to file a claim.
