Dispatch
At Pavo Couture we ensure fast delivery of our products within 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Order before 22:00 on weekdays and we will deliver it the next day. And the best news? Our items are designed to fit easily through the letterbox, so you don’t have to stay home. Imagine that great feeling: you come home, open your letterbox and voilà! Your lingerie package is already there waiting for you. It doesn’t get any better than this!
For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium we deliver within 3-10 working days.
We do not charge shipping costs above €90,- in NL & BE and deliver for free from €150,- in the rest of the world.
We like to keep you informed, so you will receive a track & trace code with your order.
We kindly inform you that once your payment is validated, your order will be immediately sent to our warehouse for preparation and fast shipping. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel or change your order.
We also ship worldwide. Expect a delivery time between 3-12 business days. Our items simply slide through your letterbox, so you don't have to be home to receive your order.
Delivery
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address after you have placed your order. If you have provided an incorrect address, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly. Although the carrier cannot always change the address, in some cases you can use the 'deliver to collection point' option, which allows you to have your package delivered to a convenient collection point.
If the carrier is unable to change the delivery address for you and the package cannot be forwarded to another address or collection point, it will unfortunately continue to be sent to the address you initially provided. Please note that Pavo Couture cannot be held responsible for resending the package.
In case the package is refused or the address provided does not exist, the package will probably be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return. In such cases, we recommend placing a new order.
If your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it in your mailbox, don't worry. Follow these steps:
- Please allow 48 hours after delivery confirmation as packages sometimes arrive shortly afterward.
- Contact your local postal service and speak to the postman directly; they may remember where they left your parcel.
- Check with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received your package.
If you have completed these steps and you still cannot locate your package, please contact us to file a claim.
